By opting in, I understand and agree that:
My music will be used to train Mirage’s AI. My recordings and compositions, including stems and alternate versions, will be used to train the AI models that power the Mirage app. Those models generate remixes, edits and other new versions derived from my music.
Fans can remix my music inside the app. Users who collect my card can remix and transform my tracks in the app’s studio. These remixes are new derivative works and may sound very different from the originals. They may reflect the style of my music, but they won’t reproduce my original recordings in full.
Remixes stay inside the app. Fans can’t export, share, license or monetize anything they create on Mirage outside the app.
My card and Mirage’s promotion will feature me. Mirage will use my name, photos, bio and links on my card and to promote the app, for example in social posts, trailers, app-store previews and press. Promotion may include short clips of my music (30 seconds or less). My music won’t be used in paid ads, sponsored content or brand campaigns without prior written approval.
No voice cloning. Mirage will not clone or synthesize my voice, or create a synthetic version of my voice, image or likeness, without my separate written consent.
Participation is optional and non-exclusive. I keep all rights in my masters and compositions and can keep licensing my music elsewhere.
My music stays within Mirage. My music and the models trained on it stay inside Mirage’s closed, licensed environment: no scraping, no dataset export, and no use to train anyone else’s AI.
I can opt out, but some things stay. I can opt out at any time by writing to 411 Music Group. My opt-out takes effect 60 days after 411 receives my written notice. From then on, Mirage will stop offering my card and music in the app, stop new remixes of my music, and stop using it in new training. I understand that:
AI models already trained on my music stay in use.
Fans who already collected my card can keep it, and any remixes they made, in their personal collections.
Promotion already published (posts, videos, press) won’t be taken down or edited, but Mirage won’t create new promotion featuring me.
I keep receiving my share of any revenue my music still earns, including from models already trained on it.
Reporting. Mirage reports usage and revenue to 411 twice a year, and my share appears in my 411 statements.
